Here’s a way that almost all of us would rather not think, and others would rather not implement. But that way looks good on you, is more productive and especially in the current times is much more cheaply than other ways.
There are better ways I suppose but let’s call them less popular. Write those thoughts down, and I will not do it. Manage is an activity used for leading, guiding and directing to reach or attain goal. If management-leadership could concentrate on doing their core competencies; that is taking appropriate action, collective effort, and getting results!
There is an even better way. Unfortunately it requires more work and can be time consuming, so let’s spend some time discussing the best way to make it better.
Regrettably most of us are so consumed by our work that we take a conscious decision to abandon our responsibilities, responsibilities that are very much needed by most people. Not only that, they are also things that will differentiate a leader, and someone whos good at guiding, leading, settling and guiding others through an effective process.
Perhaps you reconsider working less in your job, or a more effective way to manage your time in your job or even transforming yourself to get better results. You might seek the better advice and permission from your superiors, and their HR departments, or the best course of action might not trust to the limits that are shameful, and socio-political aspects. No matter whose decision it is, a better one surely is and your time will definitely be much better spent in new ways.
The point being that we are all competing with those who do more. So you can use that time more productively. Here are five ways to manage your time effectively:
First begin by making choices in how you’re spending that time successively. Do away with wasted time- especially when it comes to furnace, 1995 driver which?, enjoying your coffee at home, and dining at restaurants: you’re probably thinking that, but I’ll propose some more ideas more creativity takes place, especially in these things. I’m not talking about simple annual game, with real money, as they do, but the more creative thing can come in the form of a symbol, or a vague but adequate statement. Try writing a new routine.
Once you know what you would like to do or do differently, combine it with list of necessary items, the list of what you need to do to achieve your short and long term goals. Then buy a calendar for that time, set the alarm, and go to bed. Or in the case of stressed out individuals, stop being stressed out, go get a good night’s sleep where you will wake up focused, and will be ready to do whatever you actually wanted to do.
Perhaps managing your time is not so much as more effective, but more resourceful when managed effectively. An essential part of managing your time in a more progressive way is to think of it as a game of endurance, in which you conquer any piece of the process-also known as your focused activities.
What that process will be will be different for everyone. The things that worked for you, or any one similar person, may be doomed to work around your own limitations.
Perhaps a piece of prevention can come outside of the circle when you make a list of your strategies, and break it into a smaller, manageable chunk.
Let’s think more about what you really want to avoid by considering and addressing the worst activities you need to avoid.
Solution: Consult with someone who is better suited than you and has studied that particular subject.
Then seek the appropriate exercises.
Be sure your activities are right for you
And if you are not sure, you should try them in small measure before deciding to make them permanent.
